methods of folding clothes
#my cat was on the bed watching me fold me laundry and i was like i wonder what she thinks im doing. what does she think clothes are#is she entertained. anyway shorts and underwear get folded in half widthwise and put in a drawer. pants get folded but hung over a hanger#everyday socks get lain on top of each other and one gets turned inside out to encase both of them. sleeping socks get folded in half#shirts get lain on the front then the sleeves and part of the torso get folded in vertically then the whole thing is folded horizontally#tshirts get folded in half again to be more compact. everything goes in a drawer bc i dont care about wrinkles#im gonna be honest im a grammar freak but i still dont know the difference between lay and lain and laid and layed. its just not worth it
